- Cook pasta following directions on the package.
- Clean the broccoli and cut in small bouquets. Put the broccoli in the salted boiling water and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the broccoli is really soft.
- In a large pan, heat some olive oil and fry garlic, until golden brown. Add drained broccoli salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and blend for 2 minutes.
- Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta, sprinkle with a lambs lettuce, walnuts and serve.
