Ricotta eggs

Eggs feast

  1. Cook the eggs for 9-10 minutes.
  2. Peel eggs, cut them lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  3. Stir the egg yolks with fork and mix them with ricotta, chive, salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Fill the eggs with created mixture.
  5. Serve lightly chilled.
